All Phone Case Geek products are made to order. We take pride in making every case unique and high quality.
Order & Preview Process
Once an order is placed, we will begin working on your custom design. We'll email your preview link within 1-2 business days. You'll have 48 hours to approve it or request edits. If we don't hear back within that time, it will be auto approved to keep your order on track for timely delivery. Need more time? Just let us know, we're happy to work with you! We ship your orders 1-2 days after preview approval.
USPS Ground Advantage delivery stage MAY take up to 2-5 business days. Please note, during holiday or peak seasons, delivery times may be longer. If you have any issues once your order has been shipped, please contact USPS customer service.
Tracking Your Shipment
You will receive your tracking number in an email from our us. If you don’t receive any emails, they may be filed into “spam” or “promotions” by your email provider so you should check there. If you created an account, you can also access the tracking number by viewing your order history from the My Account section on our website.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Please note that once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the postal service, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost/stolen you must contact you must contact your local post office. Any lost/stolen packages must be reported as a claim to the shipping carrier.
