Getting Started
Can I turn my own image into a custom phone case?
Yes! Phone Case Geek lets you turn an image you already have into a custom phone case. Simply upload your image, choose your phone and case style, and we’ll prepare it for printing on your case.
How does the custom phone case process work?
It’s simple:
- Choose your phone and case style.
- Upload your image.
- Review and approve your preview.
- We print your image on your custom case and ship it to you.
You provide the image, and we handle the preparation needed to print it on your selected case.
What kind of images can I use on a custom phone case?
You can use photos, artwork, designs, graphics, illustrations, fandom images, collages, and other images you want to print on a phone case. If you have an image you want on your case, upload it and we’ll prepare it for printing.
Do I need to design my phone case myself?
No. You don’t need to format your image to fit the phone case yourself. Simply upload your image, and we will handle the rest. We’ll prepare it to fit your selected case template.
Using Your Image
Can I use an image from my phone?
Absolutely! You can upload an image from your phone, computer, or other device when placing your order.
Can I use my own artwork or design?
Yes! You can upload your own artwork, design, graphic, illustration, or other image and have it printed on your custom phone case.
Can I use multiple images on one phone case?
Yes! Select a case option that supports multiple images and upload the images you’d like to use. We’ll arrange them according to the selected layout.
What image quality do I need for a custom phone case?
For the best results, upload the highest-quality version of your image available. Clear, high-resolution images generally produce the best print quality. When possible, we may enhance your image to improve its appearance for printing. If an image has limitations that could affect the final result, we’ll address them during the preview process.
What if my image needs to be cropped or adjusted to fit the case?
Don’t worry, you don’t need to figure that out yourself. We’ll prepare your uploaded image to fit the selected phone case template, which may include cropping, repositioning, or filling available space when needed.
Will you edit or change my image?
We may make adjustments to your uploaded image so it can properly fit the selected phone case template. When possible, we may also enhance and fill in the gaps to improve its appearance for printing. We aim to preserve your original image while making the necessary adjustments for the case.
Preview & Approval
Will I see a preview of my phone case before it’s made?
Yes! After you place your order, you’ll receive a preview showing how your image will appear on your custom phone case before we begin production.
Can I request changes to my preview?
Yes. You’ll have the opportunity to review your preview and request changes before your case goes into production. Follow the instructions in your preview email to approve the image placement or request an adjustment.

What types of phone cases are available?

Can I get matching accessories for my custom phone case?
Yes! Depending on the collection, you can add matching accessories such as an adhesive or MagSafe phone grip or card holder, and microfiber screen cloth to create a coordinated set.
Ordering & Production
How long does it take to make a custom phone case?
Your preview is typically sent within 1–2 business days after your order. Once you approve your preview, production takes 1–2 business days before your order ships via USPS Ground.
Are custom phone cases made to order?
Yes. Your custom phone case is made to order using the image you provide. Your uploaded image is prepared specifically for your order and printed onto your selected case.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because custom phone cases are made specifically for each order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has entered production.
Shipping & Policies
How long does shipping take?
After your custom case is made and shipped via USPS Ground, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location (holidays and delays may vary). Your shipping information and tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom phone cases?
Because custom phone cases are made specifically for your order, custom-made products are generally final sale. Please review our return and refund policy for complete details.
What happens if there is a problem with my order?
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and details about the problem. We’ll review the situation and work with you to determine the appropriate solution.
